I am new at this and this would be my first hud ATTEMPT.

Do you have the actual bitmaps set up or are you just drawing that up in paint?

I'm looking for a HUD tutorial too. I have looked and what I find are bits and pieces of tutorials here and there.
For instance, on that Google search that you did Spartan 314, there were 2 YouTube videos that came up on making the health bar. Later in the list is a post from Jesse on making a Shield bar. But they are not consistent, making them very hard to follow. What I'm wondering are there any full complete tutorials for making HUDs out there? Ones that cover every aspect of the HUD? Like radar and ammo meters? |

I never really messed with HUD so I wouldn't know but you could try asking Jesse or Choclate Thunda about it.

Well being the new guy that I am. I probably won't be able to do the Battery Weapons. That is too far for my level of info on this xD.
