I want to edit the bloodgulch floor and outside area. No the door texture just the outer wall. I have spent over an hour trying to make it work and what I have to edit but I gave up. Ok so waht you need to do is extract the textures from the bitmap. Not too hard to do. Once accomplished you must open them up in an image editing program (I recommend The GIMP http://www.gimp.org/ ) Once in there make your changes and export as tif/tiff. Save that under your data directory and use tool to compile. That help?

Another thing that you can do if you're afraid to ruin the stock files is to use Kornman00V2. First, make a new copy of the bloodgulch.scenario and name it whatever you want your map name to be. Then do the same with the blodgulch.scenario_structure_bspAnd then open the new scenario and at the very bottom, edit the BSP it uses by clicking on the ... button. open it and change the textures to whatever you want! Keep in mind that you can do this either way, that is the beauty of the HEK :) Edited by OrangeJuice on Jun 9, 2012 at 01:54 AM
