If Halo 4 is on PC, a lot of people will just upgrade.

Oh and OrangeJuice, Portal 2 is best on high settings. Worth an upgrade. Sanctum's also worth an upgrade. Oh and Dear Esther's definitely worth a PC upgrade even if it is a very short game. :P
Plenty of Good PC games came out years ago.

There's also the best and most demanding game of all, which actually came out 6 years ago, and is still extremely popular, Neverwinter Nights 2. (Oops, did I use the wild card too soon?)

It might be a 4 year old card(its a 3870T), but they ain't weak so 1920x1200 isn't a problem at all, even in 3D

Ah okay, haven't encountered that card before so wasn't sure of the specs. I have a pretty powerful card too. The 9800GT, which I have, is an old DX9 card and can still run most games at almost max settings. Antialiasing is the only issue, unless FXAA is supported, which runs amazingly smoothly unlike MSAA and CSAA.

I wouldn't like to own the 690, ally. It will probably be useless in a few years' time when developers start focusing on optimisation properly. It will certainly be useless if Unlimited Detail turns out to be real, though not very likely. However, regardless of Euclideon's work, optimisation will improve soon enough due to coders finding revolutionary new ways to optimise games.

Youd be surprised how many relatively normal people live in america.
Not that the stereotypes aren't true.

The stereotype concerning tea isn't true at all. I love tea, but strangely most people I know hate tea and drink coffee instead. And I live in Britain.
Then again, I'm in Wales, not England. Perhaps the stereotype only applies to the English? I am half-English.

If Halo 4 doesn't come out for the PC, the fun will not be on the Xbox to begin with. People will get bored.
Just sayin...

If MS/Bungie/343i actually had the balls to give us the Halo games from 3-onwards for PC right now, it may be late, but at least it would be a step in the right direction.

F*** Win8, I like my Win7 better. I don't see why MS had to hold back their flagship game from getting ported to PC just so they can launch a new OS that takes X360 games - porting the Halo games to PC earlier would have been good business sense, but nobody had it over there. Seriously, WTF.

Well if it does come out for windows 8, then maybe I'll be able to play the Halo Campaigns again. My 360 is terrible at reading disks. It's unbelievable, not a scratch on anniversary and it doesn't let me watch the cutscenes of the last level.

I drink tea when I can, and I'm English... then again I'm living in America currently and I get the 'tea-drinker' insult alot... honestly I don't care because I am one! But it's not true that everyone in the UK drinks tea... especially in the Celtic Nations.

Kernel Mode, AKA runlevel 0, AKA ring 0.

Maybe this means that they will make it possible to Coldboot directly into videogames? It kinda adds evidence to the rumor of the possibility to play 360 games in Windows 8 :)

But then again, maybe it's just so they can add a cool looking Windows 8 bootscreen just before the login screen(they only added a few functions to ring0) :/
