It also appears that your "c:\halo\tags\effects\particles\air\bitmaps\smoke tank cannon.bitmap" smoke tank cannon.bitmap seems corrupt. Try opening it with guerilla and post what happens. I believe reached end of file error is a corrupt bitmap. Also listen to what Higuy above said.

that would mean you you have no .scenario file to open (as the .scenario files are in the levels folder which is in the tags folder).
so you would have nothing to open in guerilla or sapien to give errors.
