The CMT guys do. However, I believe it requires Open Sauce.

Whoa! Since when was vehicle boarding functional in Spv2 B30? Does it really have to do with OS? Because the guy in the first video said it only started working since he installed OS...

Vehicle boarding was always supported in SPV2 through OS or an MTV app.
