Limited, as I noted earlier, that part of the EULA only applies to the original Product. Mods are not legally part of the product.

"incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT"

Mods are external. Even OpenSauce is still external. Unless you directly modify the original files within the 'SOFTWARE PRODUCT', you are not violating the copyright.

I have a question for Dennis.
If you use a base noble 6 ripped from reach (as well as ripped textures), and then you add details like using Zbrush to add bumps, are you legally allowed to sell the model on, let's say turbosquid?

No, the base product you do not own any copyright over

Just to confirm, what if you made a perfect replica of Noble 6. All the nicks and crannys of every detail 100%. Would it be yours? or would there be some kind of copyright still?

The DESIGN is copyrighted, so it's just the same as ripping it. Even if you change parts SLIGHTLY it could still look like the original design.

So what about people selling models like this: http://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/3ds-max-movie-spartan-halo/582258
I don't see bungie sueing people like this... can anyone explain?

It's actually not allowed, hence the reason Ive put any of mine on there. But because of the vast amount of members that model Halo replicas I doubt they can be bothered to mess around with sueing them all.
