So you have a shader that has the exact same name as the material in max/gmax? And you have a bitmap in the basemap slot of the shader?

Are you sure its the same shader that the BSP is using? open the BSP in guerilla, look for the materials, open them from there to make sure they are using the same ones. Also, is that fog?.. you sure it isn't just the fog bleaching out all of everything?
