I know...i'm such a newbie but if you wouldnt mind I would like to know why my flood arent going to they're firing positions even though I set them on searching and tenacious. much help appreciated thanks

Restart Sapien or put moving positions instead.

You might want to try setting their squad states. It's under your squads settings in Sapien.
Outlined in red, guarding at guard position is probably your best bet.  |

Oh, right. Yeah. Mine was more for Marines and Covenant. Sometimes Sentinels. Goldkilla88 is right.
