So i was wondering if it was possible to increase the darkness of a shadow, and also to make it a little more detailed. I'm asking about shadows cast from objects. and also i want to know if i can make lightmap shadows darker and better detailed for a bsp i'm working on. Just make the object that you're trying to make have a darker shadow less transparent. If it's a lamp or a glass object, I'd put it somewhere safe like a table, and then re-inforce it with thicker materials like a blanket or a book. That's how you'll get the best results. there was this one program i used to bake higher res lightmaps which I could directly manipulate in photoshop... but I completely forgot everything about it. I used it for narrows way back. Dee was the one who showed it to me. Maybe ask him?

Quote: --- Original message by: waffles he wanted to know about how to control the color and strength of dynamic shadows ie: shadows cast from vehicles and players. Not necessarily, i also asked about shadows cast on BSP and if i could control\manipulate them to my liking. Could i get a link to one or both of those programs?
