OS HEK is installed with OS. d3d9.dll is also installed with OS.

If you haven't figured this out...
In your CE folder, theres new programs. OS_Guerilla, OS_Sapien, &OS_Tool. For more info on these, go here: http://forum.halomaps.org/index.cfm%3Fpage=topic&topicID=40120 |

if you are missing the os_guerilla, os_sapien & os_tool
open: open sauce from your desktop icon, look in the options for cheApe run that and in the boxes set the paths to your sapien, guerilla & tool which are in your haloce game folder. let that run. done. look in your haloce folder, you will have the other os_ files now.
