So there are portable games where you can compress the whole game folder into a single .exe that you can put on a flash drive and play on any computer. Could you make a Portable HEK?

HEK doesn't even require registry, just place the HEK exe, the dll's from your HCE folder, and any tags your interested in onto a USB. I did this often way back when I was in highschool to pass time.
