Ok to access Device Manager, use any of the following methods:

Right-click My Computer, click Manage, and then click Device Manager.
Right-click My Computer, click Properties, click the Hardware tab, and then click Device Manager.

look for display adapters right click the graphic card click on update look for the look on the internet for the software click that option wait and it should update

Does it let you ignore the error and play the game anyway?

Click start > RUN > "dxdiag"
in the Display tab, write the name and chip type of your device down. then try googling drivers, I don't think there's an S3 ProSalve, but there is an S3 ProSavage, did you name it wrong?

Someone should make a technical thread or post which displays every single issue possible for CE, and updates Frequently when people come in with new problems.... sounds like an interesting project to be honest.... ;o
