Describe better or show what you mean by a picture... damn.
But i guess your on about the GUI, where the buttons are for editing. Along the top menu (File, View ect...) there should be a menu that says Customize, click that and look for something like "User Interface", along those lines.
You can change the layout back to default in there I believe, this is just a rough guess. Do something called research to findout a step by step guide. Or you can just do what normal people do and mess around until you find what your looking for... just drop down each menu and READ what they are called...
