Is it possible to make one of these saying whatever you want in a multiplayer map using scripts? If so, how?

you dont need scripts.. you can edit the .unicode_string_list where that string is located..
cant remember where is it located.. |

So would that mean that I would have to replace that "hold f1 for scores thing," or could I just put in a new one saying whatever I want whenever I want?
