Hi,
I'm thinking of hosting a Halo server as I finally fixed my stupid Kaspersky password issue. And I was just wondering... How much bandwidth does a Halo server use with 16 players? |

I use to have a 12 player server and didn't really use a whole lot, but it ultimately depends on how popular your server is...

Figure you will need on average 34-40Kbits/sec upload bandwidth per user. So for a 12 player server it will consume about 480Kb/sec of UPLOAD bandwidth which is different that what Cable and DSL quote for their speeds. They usually quote the download speed but the upload is normally much less.
