I don´t know whats happenning.
First I modeled a door with a opening animation, just one.
The exporting was fine, without problems now when I open sapien it says that the model and the animation graph dont match ¿WTF?

I checked the node and checksums and everything is correct.

¿What could be the problem?

The collision model, the gbx model & the animations need to have the same nodes. If an animation has the node "frame-door" but the gbx model dosnt have that frame, OR its named differently, then it'll go DERP on you. So check that, and if that dosnt help then I dont know :(

No that's not the issue. The problem is that your Model and your animations have a different checksum. However this is a very easy fix. First you will need Kornman00's modified gurilla.

Once you have it, open your gbxmodel and model_animations file. Next, in your model_animations file scroll all the way to the bottom until you find a section called animations, node list checksum should be the 6th one down from that. Copy and paste that number into the node list checksum box at the top of the gbxmodel.

ODST Nick: the 3 files were made with the same scene in 3ds max.

Oops, sorry. I just skimmed over the main post and I misread that part. I thought you said that the error said they didn't match. I apologize.

As for the actual problem, I'm not sure. I've had some strange issues with things like this before as well, and they've never been caused by the same thing. One ting you could try, is just to make sure you didn't have anything hidden when you exported. Max will not export any geometry, markers, or nodes that are hidden. However that may have nothing to do with your problem but it's the only thing I can think of right now.

I have 2 frames or nodes in 3ds max

"Frame"
"frame_door"

In the .model_animation displays 1 node count and the "frame_door" dont appear in the nodes section, now in the .gbxmodel both frames are displayed. ¿Why?

Ok its working now! But, at starting sapien the title "the model and the anim...blablblabla" dont show up anymore, now the damn door its not in sapien, its invisible.

EDIT: WTF???!!! I founded the door outside of the map but the door its rotating weird and no as is in my 3ds max scene.. ???

Ok now the door is not outside of the map this time, now the problem is the door "opening" the door is splited in 2 parts, the first one is closed and the 2 is opening, but the 2° one is little than the other. ¿Why?

And Im using CAD Animation Exportes, I can´t use Blitzkireg because Im in 3ds max 2012

I dont know hoy damn you guys post images in the replys and topics! I post all the links of imageshack, but the image is not displayed! -.- BTW!!

Thats the problem ¿See the small door? I don´t want it in that size, I want it as the left one. BIG!! BIG!!!!!! :I

I cant figure out the problem!
