EDIT: Never mind it DID get uploaded, but it isn't shown in the "New Additions", also it is in a new (new to me anyway) section "Multiplayer Maps w/ AI".

I don't either but I do periodically check the Halomaps twitter. It usually lists any new important information and what maps were rejected and why.
