I saw that RPG Beta 6.2 got the short end of the stick when it came to modifications. So I hope to help it out.
This is what I plan on adding:
--Biped: I hope on putting in the CMT SPV2 Spartan biped. It looks awesome, but I hope translating it from single player to multiplayer won't cause issues. If it's not possible, Bourrin's Mark V is my backup.
--Weapons: SPV2 (or SPV3 if someone can point out a map with them used by a spartan, because Pandora Swamp wouldn't really work due to the elite animations), along with a few others not set in stone such as the tactical BR and the silenced MA5B.
--Vehicles: H3 pelican (unfinished), Reach chaingun warthog, FTW rhog, heavy scorpion, longsword, draco (maybe), kestrel, normal/heavy/transport sparrowhawk, skyhawk jet.
Maybe some additional scenery as well.

Now, I have no skill with texturing, modelling, scripting, or animating, so don't expect much, if anything, new to appear. But I want to give the map snow (and maybe some ice floes as well, we'll see), and I want it to look good. I would not only like a snowy ground texture, but to also make the bases look like they're covered in ice.
If you're good at texturing and are interested, message me. Of course, you (and everyone else who made content that I'm going to use) will get the credit you deserve.

Also, I would like help from someone good at making item collections, because I have no experience there either.
