I used audacity to set into correct format, it compiled into .sound just fine. I made them into a dialog and when I compile a map with them
tool said
"ERROR sound\spiral_sounds\spiral_dialog\taunt: speech must be mono, 22kHz. (ask matt if you didn't do this by accident)"

all the custom sounds from the dialog had that error
I go in game and no sound from dialog

in guerilla it said my sounds were 44kHz

so, how can I fix this?
(I tried changing the sound to 22kHz in audacity but it was slow motion sounding).

for future reference make sure your sounds are 22k in modacity and saved as wav and compile as ogg 44500 or 44050, that's what I do and they work perfectly
