ODST's normally also have a camo pattern on their costume, it would look nice if it were added to this. Although I agree the textures are a bit "simple" for now, though I'm asuming they are temporary.

I'm noticing all the ODSTs are female. I'm not complaining but is there going to be more gender diversity in this campaign or is this a gender specific mission?

The sqaud will be mostly female, but there are males. The only female ODST I've shown is Khajied. Besides, it's a new take on the Mostly Male Sqaud you see all the time.

The characters look great. I don't think they should be quite as solid colored as said before maybe just a little bit of lighter colors in places possibly camo pattern?
