Hey there, me again. I have finally reached the stage where I can play my map, but I am having some trouble with 'Gathering Exception Data...' and the debug.txt.

Please may can someone help me out? I have added 1 new vehicle and some ambient sound native to Halo Custom Edition, no new weapons, no teleports, or anything else new. Not even scenery, but I am still seeing these messages in the debug.txt:

did you add grenades to the starting equipment?
if you are playing a gametype other than slayer, did you add the flags for that gametype?

Ahh, don't worry. After some random tinkering with the map's .scenario file, I decided to compare my vehicular experiment map, big.scenario, with my brand-new map, mapname.scenario.

It turns out that you need to create a spawn point which does not actually spawn players (sorta like the host_check vehicle needed for custom vehicles). But you also need another spawn-point-that-does-not-actually-spawn at the end of your spawn points.

In other words, this:

Non-Spawning Spawn Point
Team 1 Spawn Point 1
Team 1 Spawn Point 2
Team 1 Spawn Point 3
Team 2 Spawn Point 1
Team 2 Spawn Point 2
Team 2 Spawn Point 3
Non-Spawning Spawn Point 2

Also, I only added 2 grenades (the item_collection files in Guerilla, when looking at the .scenario) instead of the 4 that I wanted to. But thanks for your help!

The grenades in the starting equipment caused the crash.
Dont add them in the starting eq.
Add them in globals/globals
