i want to know how to make a weapon to cause an effect similar to the skulls in halo 2 ,halo 3 and halo reach please help me if you know how

i meant that when you pick up the skull the script begin to work and the effect appears is it possible and how to doit through a script

Make the skull auto picked up when you walk over it, and add a trigger volume right on top that activates a script?
(I've never done this, this is just an idea)

in sapien when i compile the scripts (this is not a valid function or script name .:global object_definition SKULL "levels/test/c60/skulls/Blind/Blind")
this is not a valid function or script name) what do i do to make it work to make the effects ?

the script still without working send me a script file because idk how to make it work please i relly need it
