So i'm modifying some random stuff and was wandering how i make it so when your shields have been taken down it plays a sort of electricity effect, i already have that effect made, all i need to know is how to make it so when your shields are down it activates that effect

In the collision tag for the biped. There's a shields depleted box.

Go into the collision model and scroll down alittle and find the "Shield depleted" part and put the effect there

I did that and for some reason the sound effect didn't play half the time, literally it played once every second time i did it, two questions. One how do i fix this. And two how do i set the sound to loop the whole time the effect is playing

The effects for no shields were started in halo 2,in halo ce all you have to do is accurately set the skip fraction and duration bounds in the effect tag properly,if not halo ce only does the effect once or gives wierd results.
