People usually just put an invsible plane over the top of stairs to make them work like ramps, as proper stairs can't be walked up - you'd have to jump instead.

Read the Official HEK tutorial, it explains some on player clip material. It's basically invisible walls so they behave a bit different than actual invisible collision material

 Bad paint drawing Pink is invisible planes you put over the stairs. They should follow the sealed world rules as if they were glass. |
