UPDATE:
Sorry for the delay, we had hoped to release a lot sooner.
We ran into some problems with the sound FX, we are just now getting them in-game. We will be doing some testing over the weekend and hopefully releasing early next week.
We will make an announcement in this thread when we upload.

RELEASE We have finally released our FIRST MAP!!!!! 
We are VERY open to ANY comments/advice/insults/critisizm/compliments/etc... and will gladly take your feedback into account before releasing the next map. That said, please try to keep in mind that this is our first map. (in other words... more advice than insults plz :D)

okay so, what is the challenge in this map? there's no info on-screen to say what your supposed to do, also if your ment to be able to jump from 1 platform to another, they are too far apart for it. there are some cool looking animations and weapon extract sounds you guys have in it, also some background music would be a very good idea. maybe something like this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OqhPxgQrOao&feature

You need at least 2 players. The shot that the weapon fires can throw players around, but does 0% damage to them. so the only way that you can kill eachother is to try to use the wrist device to throw your opponent from the platforms to their death. As for jumping from platform to platform, it can easily be done using the wrist device. You launch yourself accross by running to the edge of your platform and firing at the ground and jumping. The blast will send you flying to the next platform without damaging you. I didn't even think about backround music, but that could be a good idea for the next map. THANK YOU FOR THE FEEDBACK.

I must say, after playing around the map with Link and Sufi(lemarr), the majority of the kill count is contributed by fall deaths alone without any help from the blasters. I seriously recommend that you add a 50cm ladder around the pole. The player will still be unable to get up to the platforms anyway and he is basically just standing there waiting to get shot off by a blast but at least I would be satisfied knowing that i did my best trying not to get a clumsy demise...sigh.
Also, the ready time span for the blasters is way to long. We would already get blasted off the platform before we can fire the gun. Shorten it!

We have been noticing the same problem with falling off and will be putting a lot of thought into a solution before making the next map in the series. Any ideas that anyone has for solving this would be appreciated. (I am not promising that we will use all of them, but they will be considered) 2. I COMPLETELY agree with you about the ready animation. It will be WAY shorter next time around. 3. I am not entirely sure what you mean by that last comment. Could you explain? Also, other than those problems/suggestions, what did you think of the map? Was it fun to play? Is there anything in particular that was good about it that we should make sure to include in the next map? Is there anything else that you hated that we should make sure to change?

Oh yea, my bad. I forgot to say about the map which i have downloaded and played for a long while with some friends.
Its awesome. Cant play it for hours (like some other really fun gametypes) but its an awesome mini game.

It wasn't meant to be played for hours on end, but we hoped it would be a cool minigame that people would at least occasionally play. We hope that our next one will be better.
