I was wondering how people get such great screenshot of their maps when they upload them, or when they post anouncement threads, etc.
often times they are not taken from the normal first person view, somehow they get screenshots from an sky view and without first person arms or a HUD in the screen.
If anyone would be willing to tell me how this is done, I would appreciate it.
Thanks

you can use one of the apps to let you move your camera or just, right click your halo ce icon on your desktop and add -console (put a space before the -
then use debug camera, to let you move the camera to where ever you want on your map.

You use the dev-camera to take them. Open the map in dev mode then since it is your fist time using the dev-camera type debug_camera_save then type debug_camera_load and you are now in the debug or dev-camera. you move it around with w,s,a,d,r,f keys and use your middle mouse button to change the movement speed.

Run halo in devmode and use the command:
debug_camera_save
then type in the command:
debug_camera_load
Then all can control the camera by holding down the middle mouse button. Move the mouse to aim the camera. Use the W S A D keys tom move the camera and use the R F keys to move the camera up and down.
