Is there a way to make sv_say not have the part ***SERVER*** in it?

Uh, you mean string.dll?
I opened it in Notepad and found a huge list of code mumbo jumbo. |

I meant the strings tag. You can only edit it with Kornman's Guerilla which doesn't like certain programs. For me, I had to remove Microsoft Office and Adobe for it to work.
