Here's what I did:
I saved my audio file as a PCM 16-bit.wav using Goldwave, and I used Tool++ to convert it.
I set the platform to OGG, and put the bit-rate as 128000, and then I got that error.
I also tried putting the file type as 16-bit mono, and 8-bit mono, but the same thing happened.
Then I changed the bit-rate to 250000, and I got the same error.
How do I fix this?

1. don't use goldwave. better use Acid PRO 2. you need xbox codec, and the ogg vorbis dll's. 3. what kind of sound is ?
Weapon sounds = PCM Uncompressed 22,150 8-bit Mono or Stereo Music, dialogs etc. = PCM Uncompressed 44,100 8-bit Stereo (Dialog = Mono)
4. bitrate must be = 0 or 1
this is the better inf.
