There is one map I downloaded that says this way too often during the first few minutes I play on that map. It happens every time. The only way I can play it is if I stay away from the battlefield. Is this because there are too many AIs on the map? Or am I playing this map on a settings I shouldn't be? The map is called Phalanx. It has H2 honor guards, H3 elites, a bunch of spartans and a few H2 hunters.

Its most likely over the 128mb limit; was compiled with a hacked version of tool; exceptions follow from using that and going over the limit.

Correct me if I am speaking of something different, but the map is 32mb and you mentioned something about 128mb limit. So is there any way to fix this?

Well, I've had maps a lot bigger than that. Like Honor Revenge v2(link: http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=4362). It has A LOT of AI on that map <.< and also coldsnapwar which we all know of lol. Well the quality on those elites and hunters are a lot better than the ones on honor revenge, so I'm still confused lol. And to the comments above asking questions I have no idea what any of that is :S...
