Will it allow for true dynamic shadows? I'm a stealth nut so i'd like for those to somehow be available.

If you want dynamic shadows with work i'm sure you could get something like that working. Same with FP legs if you were willing to put in the work.

Right now i'm just putting together little hello world kinds of stuff together, hope this 3 inch book helps at all.

My only programming experience is HTML, DHTML, XML and CSS, javascript, java, python, blam!script(duh.), MSDOS, and basic.

I've NEVER seen C++ code before so I'm just trying things out.
I aced computer science though; made a really good, stable 2D game engine with pygame.


Hey Dennis, If I ever succeed in getting this thing running, can I call it "Engine Dennis" ?

if you ever got "Dennis Engine" up and running i would use it
