when i build a model i get no error's at all, and then i go to tags i cant find my model.

tool model data\weapons\gun\models\gun ( i did try with .jms at the end. and not at end)

you don't need the models\gun at the end.
Try typing tool model data\weapons\gun then go to tags, weapons, and gun. |

Your directory should be structured like this:
data\weapons\gun\models\gun.jms and you should be typing "tool model weapons\gun" You don't need to put "data\" before the "models" folder. |
