Why is it that so many tags on this site have errors? or am I just not installing right? Some tags like the halo 3 phantom work perfectly, but others like the chopper and anti-air wraith give me an error.

Strictly speaking I'd say that they (mostly) don't have errors, there are just other tags that they depend on that you don't have and that the uploader forgot to include. I'd also say that most of the time it's nothing that you can't find or make a replacement for yourself... or maybe you just installed them wrong (extracted to the wrong directory or similar).
