How the hell do I fix this.. Basically its almost as if there was two different types of ripples in the same water shader, but there isn't any help is appreciated, thanks.

Could it be an issue with your uvw mapping?

it isn't. I fixed it already too, it needs to be set to "draws before fog" and the ripples can't have a -90 under their angle.

Not real sure but it looks like your water plane is to close to your faces on the ground,just looks like in the vid they almost occupy the same space,I doubt that it though just double check if you havent fixed the problem yet.
