Where did you get the model/texture/shader tags you're using for the scenery - did you download them or make them yourself? If you made them yourself then iHalo is right; you need to include a change-color component in the main shader's multipurpose map. I can explain this more fully if that is the case. If instead you downloaded the tags and are just making a scenery from them, you shouldn't need to worry about that. However, you will need to fill in some basic color information in your .scenery in Guerilla. If you scroll down a little while editing your tag you will find a section called "Change Colors"; you need to add an element here and give it the color that you want your phantom to be.
