Can someone direct me to a download so I can get little object stuff things such as master chief, bases, halo scenery, etc. I wanna see if I made my map fitting to the spartan. Also, I would love it if someone directed me to other bitmaps and other scenery from Halo 3 and stuff like that to make my map better, Thanks. you want animations of various things including bases? can you name one base in halo that moves?.... This confuses me to great depth.
Anyways, first get the gbxmodel importer so you can import gbxmodels. http://ghost.halomaps.org/bluestreak/gbxmodel/
Then for your animations, you use the animation importer. http://ghost.halomaps.org/bluestreak/animation/

Click the max script menu, run script, pick which ever of the 2 scripts your using at the time, then follow the directions on the pages I gave you to download them from. And about your halo 3 tags.. Let me search that for you.

Yes, I think you're misunderstanding. In the tutorial I watched, the guy, while in Gmax went to file then clicked on merge. From there he selected a Halo spartan and put it into Gmax as a reference. This run script thing is different from what he did...

Then make a new scene, use the script to import it, save it, go to your other scene, THEN you can get it by merging. idk why you'd want to go through that extra time, but what ever.
