Hello all.

I'm new to Tool, and the only tool command that I do know is Build-Cache-File for making maps, and the one tht I need is for creating Bitmap files. Does anyone know if there is a tutorial on all tool commands? Thanks

So this can be done for things like a billboard image?

If you really can't make your image a power of 2, just make it a sprite. I get the impression these take up more space, though? TheGhosts video tutorials for making custom HUD's are a good place to start with importing bitmaps for Halo - or at least, that's where I started, haha.
