So I haven't really done any modding for a couple months, but I just reinstalled CE and the HEK.
So I downloaded the default multiplayer scenarios and stuff. I extracted all of the default tags from the default campaign. I open a scenario, click on the vehicles to delee them and, boom frozen on any map I use. WHATT!!!!! This never happened before. Thanks EDIT: Aah, I'm gonna try a reinstall, that usually works. Well, that didn't work, BUT, I used Kornmann version and that worked great.
