Some people wanted me to do an update and fix issues for version 2, so thats what I did, this mainly fixes some issues and I changed/added a few things, give feedback, I guess...
  Yes, its bright, deal with it :) Download: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=D8BV742K Edit: Issues: While going to play on a server with it, it says RPG_Snowy_V2, So if you do get this map and go to play on a server, you'll either be playing on V2 or V2.5 Lol... Though you said something about a "fully fuctioning" OE. dosnt look like it to me....
