I like TF2-style achievements, which are actually designed with thought. A few of mine (some are unnamed because i have no sense of humour). No, they will never be possible, but sometimes discussing ideas is fun.
People with Tanks are never outnumbered!: While on Blue team, get a triple kill with a tank.
This doesn't seem physically possible!: Beat someone to death with an Oddball that they dropped within the last 10 seconds.
Unpossible: Deflect a Plasma Grenade back and stick its owner. (You get this by meleeing it so only your weapon touches it, generally in close range).
Failtacular: Headshot yourself.
For Sparta!: Kill someone while in mid-air and then die from fall damage within 5 seconds.
Mutually Assured Death: Stick someone with a Plasma Grenade right after they stick you with their own Plasma Grenade.
Mutually Assured Destruction: Have your Banshee Fuel Rod hit and kill an enemy banshee who has just killed you with their own Fuel Rod.
Turning the Tables: In one shot, kill someone who has damaged you to 1 bar of health from full health.
Try, try again: In one life, survive getting hit by a Warthog and then kill yourself with a flamethrower.
Halo Classic: With 100% health and shields on, kill someone from full health and shields with a pistol by shooting them 3 times without missing.
Bro Punch: Simultaneously get beat down by and beat down an enemy.
This is not TF2!: Kill yourself with a rocket that was fired straight down.
Repeat: This is NOT TF2!: Kill yourself with a rocket that was fired straight down on 5 seperate occasions.
Get away with it: Directly cause the death of a teammate in a way that does not put your name in their kill message.
Carry the message: While stuck by a teammate's Plasma Grenade, run into an enemy so the explosion kills them.
Ow, foot!: Kill an enemy who is behind cover by shooting a protruding foot.
Warcrime Spybunal: Kill an enemy that just assasinated a teammate.
Is it safe?: Kill 50 enemies while they are achieving an objective.
Firewall: Kill the pilot of banshee with the flamethrower.
Yes, it's totally a spider: Stick an invisible enemy with a Plasma Grenade.
No hitter: Complete a round of CTF with at least 5 captures and without clicking the fire button.
The whole set: In a round, kill at least one person holding each type of weapon and in each type of vehicle.
Weaponsmaster: In a round, make a kill with every weapon and vehicle.
R.I.P Physics: Drive a banshee into a tank and flip the tank over.
Blue Overkill: Get stuck by 7 Plasma Grenades at one point in a game.
Pink Overkill: Get stuck by 49 Needler projectiles at one point in a game.
It only counts if you call it: Fire a sniper rifle shot that ricochets off at least 3 surfaces and hits a running enemy in the leg but doesn't kill him.
Meta: In a life, take damage from all 10 or more different sources and survive.
Party Loyalty: Kill your teammate's killer within 5 seconds of them dying.
Faildical: Kill yourself with a Needler.
Failtrical: Kill yourself with a Plasma Pistol.
Mind-screw: Cause an AI to deal themselves fatal fall damage.
It sticks, you know: Stick yourself with a plasma grenade.
Mr grenade is not our friend: Kill yourself with any grenade.
Backstabbing ****: In a round, assasinate 3 teammates.
l2Physics: Unflip a vehicle which then ends up crushing someone.
