Notice in Higuy's Hitage at about 1:00
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QhsfWhHH7Mk

He has the sniper rifle at a crazy angle and it is online.

Are these camera changes in the .map? I also noticed in Lumoria, in addition to having improved shaders on the Assault Rifle, it actually has a different first person angle. The angle is more like the Xbox version of Halo 1. So this is map specific right? How do I change the angle? Is it in somewhere in the globals?

As you see in the video, Higuy is playing online with these camera changes. Does that meant that if you have these changes and recompile the map with the same name, you can play online with these different camera angles?

Oh those are actual model_animations specifically for that map? Because at about 1:45, on Chillout we see some funky pistol animations where it's really centered. However, that is on Chill Out, a default map.

I also found it on some default maps on Lat3ksi's montages.

the one from chillout does look like it has a different field of view not a animation.
you can change the field of view with third-person fov i think. i cant remember if its third-person fov but its one of those camera apps.

Although Lumoria has a different field of view, so it must be in the .map. Well I hope so anyways.

Globals.

You can also use hacks to achieve this(Albeit this is not recommended as Dr Hax will hurl a computer monitor at you when you do).

Ugh, I'm going to cry if anyone says anything else.

No, Higuy used this little nifty program:
