In gmax / 3ds max, go over to the script tab and press reset x-form.

After pressing that, it should make your whole map inverted if your really getting the error your saying. Flip them back and export again. If that doesn't fix it, purposely flip them the wrong way in Max and export.

I get this a lot, just literally turn your bsp 180 degrees around and re-export.

Well i selected all my objects in my max scene, then pressed x-form which is probably why it didnt work the first time, seeing as the model didnt get its faces inverted. :\ So it works now, i did both of those methods so im not sure which one fixed it. Which they both did im guessing, so blaaa! It works. I is happy. :3
