Who: Xoronatus

What: This is an AI trainer. Basically I will try to simulate online play with AI spartans replacing the people. You would play on multiplayer maps against AI bots.

Why: Playing online never gets old, but there are some problems with trying to play online in CE.
1) lag (warping, WTF moments, frustration)
2) hackers, aimbotters, annoying people, and sleepers
3) not enough people in the server
4) there often isn't much variety in servers i.e. bloodgulch snipers
5) of course people quit the server, so servers often dwindle to like 2 people :(
6) I don't have Xbox Live :(
7) There are so many great custom maps that nobody ever plays, or you just can't find good servers on

This is very very early in development. The two AI are on the same team, so it's me vs 2
There's lots of problems to fix that I'm working on. Btw that guy I killed with the plasma rifle had low health. Any suggestions? Any request? Comments? Anything?

I also just got rid of the crouching problem.

For you guys who've been waiting to see something that I've made, here you are. Again, this is very very early in development.

No they are good for a start: D but they are not smart enough!They need Melee Attack, retirement time would, rate of fire too fast, a longer life and be good;)

Alright, they've got melee attack now. Yeah, their rate of fire is pretty nuts. I'm working on making them seem a little bit more strategical.

Sniper, Pistol, (Maybe battle rifle), NO rocket launchers. Things that need skill to kill. (Hey that rhymed!)

I did a map like this on longest, the only problem is that the ai run out of ammo and don't respawn.

I'd like to see a Longest (or another CQB map) with these AI trainers. CQB + AI/players = twitch responce, which will eventually make you a better player in the long run.

My AI guys are pretty good now, but when they are looking for me they move for like 5 seconds and stop, move and stop, move and stop. I'm sure if I put some buddies for me and some little things like that, then they would be moving around plenty.

I would like numba 3, but yeah it would lag, so I think number 1 is best.

Ok, because I plan on making objective gametypes that work with AI. This way the player can actually lose or win the game. There is some form of a feeling of competitiveness and the exciting moments. Wow, imagine of online you couldn't win at a game of slayer, and you just shot people until the timer ran out. zzzzzzzz

Yeah, so Red vs Blue simplifies everything. So should I do red vs blue for all of the maps?

Yeah, it would be confusing, and just awkward because you wouldn't be able to play on the green team or the orange team. :( I don't think it would lag too much if I didn't put too many AI though. But yeah, so I will do 2 teams for every single map that I do. Simplifies it out, and works very well.

Alright some gametypes that I will implement into AI trainer are probably:

VIP (from h3)

Kill the enemy VIP to earn points. Variants include each team having a VIP.

Territories (from h3)

Capture the enemy territories or defend your own. Variants include where each team has territories, they attack and defend. Whoever loses all of their territories first loses.

King of the Hill:

Hold the hill for a specific amount of time. The crazy variant makes the hill move position.

Capture the Flag:

I'm still thinking about this one
