So if I have script like:
sv_say "Blah Blah" it shows up ingame as: ***SERVER***: blah blah Can I make capitals? |

...I dont think so
All the server messages in Halo 1 were lower case (i think) apart from peoples profile names |

they're more than just ''Halo Scripting'' so it may help them to that.. but the join message is other stuff. Same thing for Teleporters and all.
