I recently reinstalled HEK because i couldn't open any maps, now Ratrace won't open.

what's up with your sound tags,sound tags is what that error is pointing at.

Well seeing as it is a fresh install of HEK, i don't imagine anything.
I can see it pointing at the sound tags, but i don't know how to fix or even find where the error is. |
