Well, I was thinking more along the lines of the stationary shield generators, where it simply regenerates on its own after a few seconds. It seems to be the easiest approach.

I am pretty sure that those shield generators don't actually sync.

I'm pretty good at basic scripting and AI placement, but you probably would want someone else, because I don't play CE much anymore.

@Rooster: They don't have to sync. It's just a brief 3-4 second window of oppurtunity.

Could have it repeat as slowly as it does in WaW, TBH that's probably slower than most people would fire it as a semi-auto.

It was intended almost as a weaker version of the sniper rifle. Semi-auto makes it feel more controlled.
