When i but the "radiosity_quality 1" to the console sapine says:Requested function "radiosity_quality" cannot be executed now.
And it drives me nuts...
How do fix it?

open tool and type.
tool lightmaps levels/nameofyourmap/nameofyourmap nameofyourmap 0 0.9

where i typed nameofyourmap you should type the name of your map.
let tool do it's thing then once it's finished, open your scenario in sapien.

Yes... but he asked about Sapien... :/

Using Sapien to light maps has its own benefits. Tool is usually a bit faster and can run in the background, while minimized. But Sapien gives you the ability to watch the map develop as it's being lit.
