Reference a different actor variant for the major variant for each actor variant. Make the last actor variant's major variant the first actor variant. Then, when placing the AI in Sapien, set the major upgrade dropdown box to all. This'll either work, not work, or cause the game to crash due to an infinite recursive loop. In the event of it not working or crashing, set it to many.

Sure. You can specify which weapon an individual spawn point gets. Place a different spawn point for each weapon in the same place, and tell it to only spawn one. It will randomly decide which one to spawn. Of course, this would take a lot of time for large ai groups.
