Hey while browsing the Vehicle thread a few weeks ago i remember seeing a light cycle in there.

Now what I was wondering if its been released and if some one has found a way for it to actually emit a beam of light so if some one gets caught in that beam they die.

And would it Sync Online?

What do you mean by beam of light? Are you taking about that red or blue thing that shoots upwards from forerunner structures, like on the map infinity?

I think he's talking about the tron bikes.
I don't think you could get it to emit a beam, though. Well at least not have it sync online. But you could maybe have it constantly emit scenery at a marker slightly behind the bike. However the scenery would need to have a constant damage effect that damages everything. That might work online, but the scenery would lag after a while.

Unless you get it to delete itself after a predetermined amount of time (atleast 30 seconds).

what about modding a tire track decal model so its vertical and re-texture it so it looks like the beam? idk if that's possible im not a map maker and still learning how to model and texture and all. just an idea.

Just put it as an attachment, combo of contrails and lights/light_volumes. Use a function to make "jump" activate it. Then it'll be like a boost.
