reference function: _write_to_error_file reference address: 42ca20 Couldn't read map file './toolbeta.map' fixed corrupt tag enum field (sample rate*). the sound tag 'sound\music\music\fire1' may be corrupt. Couldn't read file fire1
I was converting from a .wma that was 20.8 kilabytes. So I think my problem is that it has to be .wav. Also, does the filesize have to be below 22 kilabytes??

All sound files must be wav file format with sampling rate of only these two types: 22050 or 44100

If the sound itself was originally stereo, dont set it to mono.
Try deleting the tag from your tags folder first and recompile with "tool sound (directory) ogg (value of 0 - 1, with 1 being best quality)"

(it crashed).

Your OGG files in the Halo CE folder are outdated and need to be upgraded. Download this: http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=1632Replace those DLL files in your main Halo CE folder; simply extract it and it should overwrite those files. If it still throws errors, delete the old sound tag (it marks it as corrupt but it still places it in the tags folder) and then re-compile it again.
