okay. so i make my map. put in the tags and compile it, before anyone asks. i have checked all of the aloud buttons, and all of the default buttons, and in game (even if i make a custom gametype with all vehicles) they still won't spawn i am using halo 1 vehicles and i don't know what is wrong HELP!!!! :\

are they custom vehicles?
did you swap them in globals/globals?

i am using halo 1 vehicles that i riped from bloodgulch, and i don't know what you mean by swaping them in globals.globals

if you have been working with tags, it should not be hard to determine what globals.globals is

first of all there's no need to rip models from halo1,this is halo1 except you can play custom maps and it has no campian as standard.
anyway the globals folder is in the tags folder,you need to open the globals.globals file in guerilla
then scroll down to vehicles and delete 1 and then add your new 1.
make sure you delete 1 before adding any,the most you are ment to have is 6.
there is a way to add more than 6...http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?search=adding+more+than+6+vehicles&B1=Search
scroll down and look at these tutorials for adding more than 6 vehicles.

It's simply better to have them spawn normally by modifying the globals.globals tag accordingly.

i know what the globals tag is, i was wandering what i needed to change in there because i am using halo 1 vehicles, and no others

the information in tags should be extremely easy to understand, at the very most it will be a bit vague

let me put it in layman's terms, i have the halo 1 warthog that i got from the halo ce bloodgulch map, i put that in my mapin sapien , i check all of the boxes that say (aloud) and (required) and save my scenario, i compile my map in tool and in game the vehicles don't show up, i want to know what i have messed up in sapien that prevents them from showing up in halo ce

You should've ripped the vehicles from Halo PC first.

And making your personal texts like that is childish. And this goes for HIAHG as well :|

how would have ripping them from halo PC be any different than on CE?, it is the same tag, in the same map, just different versions of it, all that would do is give me the same tag. what i need to know is how to make them show up ingame, not where i should have gotten the tag. all that matters now is i have them,they show up in the maps that bungie made, and not for me even though i have the same settings

Just as bitmap.map files don't work if you copy/move them from CE to PC, the same applies to certain objects. This is why I rip weapons, vehicles, etc. from PC first, so my files don't get corrupted - which is what might've happened to you.

okay. i got it, apparently i hadn't try'd it with halo 1 vehicles. i was so sure i had though. anyway i got it working and now i know to switch it in the globals so thanks for helping me with learning to spawn custom vehicles,
